I provide real estate photography services within a 50-mile radius of Salem, Oregon. If you're unsure whether your property is within range, feel free to reach out.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most shoots take between 45–90 minutes, depending on the size and condition of the property.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No, you do not need to be present during the shoot. However, I do need a reliable way to access the property, such as a lockbox or key arrangement.
How should I prepare the home before the shoot?
While a deep clean isn’t required, it’s important to tidy up as much as possible. Clean, organized spaces photograph best and help buyers focus on the home’s potential.
I’ll provide a simple preparation checklist to make this process easy.
Do you move furniture or stage the home?
I aim to keep the home as natural as possible, but I may make small adjustments to improve the shot—such as moving chairs, trash cans, or repositioning items.
I may also temporarily move personal items (like photos) to avoid capturing identifiable details, but I do not provide full staging services.
What if the property isn’t ready when you arrive?
I allow a 10–15 minute grace period for last-minute touch-ups.
If the property needs more time than that, the shoot will need to be rescheduled so I can stay on time for other bookings.
What forms of payment do you accept?

When is payment due?
Full payment is required before delivery of final images.
How will I receive my photos?
Your final images will be delivered via a Google Drive link, where you can easily view and download them.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is typically 2–3 days after the shoot.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
I do not offer refunds.
If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will receive a credit toward a future shoot, which may be:
Discounted, or
Free of charge, depending on the situation
Do you offer drone photography?
Drone services are coming soon. I am currently working on obtaining my license and will update my services once available.
